Favorite Class to Teach and Why
Weightlifting because of the technical progressions and attention to detail. I enjoy coaching the Powerlifting track the most because I can get people to move extremely well, improve their mobility and see tangible strength gains in a relatively short period of time.
Why Invictus Boston?
This gym is special because it has provided me a sandbox in which I can truly impact people’s lives in a positive way. Helping others through health, fitness and wellness has become my life’s work. At Invictus Boston I have been given a community that is willing to listen and that is composed of people who appreciate the importance of what we do. Every day that someone leaves with a smile on their face and a sense of accomplishment, however small, bolsters my passion.
Brief “About You” Section
I grew up being relatively inactive and loving video games. I started wrestling in 5th grade and the sport changed my life; it made me want to train hard so I could win on the mat. The art of cultivating mental toughness remains one of the biggest drivers in my training to this day. After receiving a degree in Chemistry, I pursued my love of fitness and aim to combine the science and art of training in this constantly-evolving career.
